Anika Rose is an American performer and actress. She is most famous for her part as Tiana as the Princess, and"the Frog's African-American Princess. The film was awarded her the title of an official Disney Legend in 2011. Rose played Lorrell Robinson on the Academy Award-winning film Dreamgirls. Anika Rose was born on June 6 on the 6th of September, 1973. She is a famous American actor and singer. Most famously, she is known for playing Tiana The Princess as well as the Frog's African-American Princess of 2009. The Disney Company named her a Legend in the year 2011. The actress is also known for her role in the film Lorrell in Dreamgirls which was which was an Academy Award winning film (2006) as well as LaVerne in Starz's Power. Her performances in the theatre are also well-known, including her roles in the role of Emmie Thbodeaux from The Broadway show Caroline or Change (2004) in which she was awarded the Tony Award Best Featured actress in a Musical.
